What we collect

When you place an order or make an enquiry we collect your name, contact details (phone, email), and delivery address. If you pay online, payment is processed by our payment provider (SkipCash) — we never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, respond to catering and wholesale enquiries, send order updates (including over WhatsApp where you contact us there), and keep records required for our business. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with the providers that help us operate — our payment processor and delivery partners — and only as needed to complete your order, or where required by law.
