Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the GREY website and place an order with us. By ordering, you agree to them.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in Qatari Riyal (QAR). Order totals — including any delivery fee — are calculated at checkout and are the amounts that apply. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, and will refund any payment already taken.

Payment

You can pay online by card through our payment provider, or by cash on delivery where offered. Online payments are captured against your order total; if amounts do not match, the payment is not applied.

Catering & deposits

Catering bookings require full payment in advance, and payment is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. Advance booking is recommended and an electricity outlet is required on site.
