Acaia Pearl Coffee Scale

From QAR 950

Every recipe on our coffees assumes you can measure two things accurately: how much, and how long. This is the instrument for both.

Resolution is 0.1 g and repeatability is the same, which matters more than headline capacity — a scale that reads 18.0 g once and 18.3 g the next time makes a recipe unrepeatable no matter how precise the number looks. Capacity runs to 2 kg, so it weighs a full brewer or a bag of beans without complaint.

The real-time flow-rate indicator is the feature worth learning. Most pouring problems are pace problems, and seeing grams per second as you pour is the fastest way to fix them. If you would rather not think about it, the simple mode shows weight and time and nothing else.

Charges over USB-C and runs 30–40 hours between charges, so it lives on the bar rather than by a socket.
