Two things separate a brew you can repeat from one you got lucky with: where the water lands, and how hot it is. This kettle gives you both.
The gooseneck spout meters the flow, so you can pour slowly around the bed rather than dumping water into the middle of it — the difference between an even extraction and a channelled one. The handle is weighted to stay comfortable through a long pour.
Temperature is set on the LCD in single-degree steps, in Celsius or Fahrenheit. That precision matters more than it sounds: a light Ethiopian and a dark espresso roast want different water, and so does a delicate tea. Flash boil gets you there quickly; keep warm holds it, so a second cup does not mean starting over.
