How we work

  1. 01

    Source

Importers, traders, auction lots and direct relationships.

We buy through whichever channel gets us the right lot: importers, trusted traders, auction lots, and direct relationships where they make sense. What decides it is the coffee itself, how it scores, how it was processed, and how it has been handled since.

  2. 02

    Roasting

A profile built per lot, not one house curve.

Our roasting begins with the bean. At our roastery, every lot is assessed on its own characteristics (origin, varietal, process, density) before a profile is set. We roast to what the coffee already carries, instead of applying one house curve across the range.

That means more profiles and more time on the cupping table. It also means every coffee tastes like itself.

    Supply

    Roasted weekly, delivered on schedule.

We roast weekly and deliver on schedule. To cafés, homes, and partners across the region. Wholesale partners get on-site dial-in and ongoing support, so consistency holds after the bag leaves us.
